Job Overview:
Seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to support our aircraft maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing customer communication through maintenance visits from start to finish. The Service Advisor plays a key role in preparing accurate maintenance quotes, obtaining customer approvals, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the maintenance process.
This position is critical in maintaining Company’s strong reputation as a trusted, factory-authorized service center for Piper, Daher-Kodiak, and Cirrus aircraft. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quotes for aircraft maintenance, incorporating labor estimates, parts requirements, and service directives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the maintenance team, providing updates, explaining discrepancies, and obtaining approvals.
- Maintain clear documentation of communications, work scopes, and approvals throughout the maintenance process.
- Proactively identify and communicate additional maintenance services or upgrade options to customers, effectively upselling solutions that enhance aircraft performance, safety, and value.
- Track the status of aircraft in service and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
- Assist with reviewing completed work orders to ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
- Support post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with FAA regulations and internal company procedures.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving technical communication or maintenance coordination.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, general aviation maintenance practices, and aircraft inspection procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with Kodiak 100 Series and Piper PA-46 aircraft.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
- Previous experience in a Part 145 Repair Station or an OEM-authorized service center.
- Familiarity with manufacturer maintenance programs and documentation from Piper, Daher, or Textron.
- Knowledge of avionics systems and upgrades, particularly Garmin G1000/G3000 platforms.
- FAA Pilot’s License

- Deep understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for troubleshooting aircraft issues.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance reporting.
