After leaving active service, Mike spent time exploring entrepreneurial pursuits and eventually co-founded a delivery company that grew to over 60 vehicles, 150 employees, and 24/7 operations. During this time, he also founded a software startup for a proprietary and patented software focused on helping to ensure fairness in organizations.
Mike’s experiences have shown him how an organization is only as good as the people in it, and as such, employers should always work to ensure they are recruiting and retaining top talent.
Mike aims to live his life with purpose and in service to others. He believes that a great workplace is one that helps its employees reach their full potential and supports their employees in both professional and personal pursuits. Mike currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
