Adam has a long-standing respect and admiration for the Aerospace and Aviation industry. As a young man, he served in the United States Air Force Auxiliary—Civil Air Patrol—where his passion for aviation first took flight and helped shape the foundation of his career.
Following his military service, Adam transitioned into the private sector as a Change Project Manager at a Fortune 500 company before launching his own business. Alongside his business partner, Mike Byrne, he bootstrapped and scaled a small startup into a company with more than 150 employees and over $20 million in assets.
Adam is known for his discipline, operational clarity, and commitment to helping others succeed. He currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and their four beloved dogs.
